VPN drops every 5 minutes

Hello,

I have an IP Office 406V2 with version R6.0, connected to a Netgear FVS318 VPN router, my problem is, I have a 4610 IP phone mode VPN, I can mount the VPN between the 4610 and my 406 IP Office R 6.0 I make calls wherever I want but after five minutes VPN drops every 5 minutes on and off the VPN.

If you can help it would be appreciated

Had the same thing with the Netgear 338 - changed a timer in the VPN setup to 12 hours and the issue went away.

Where can I change the timer for 12 hours at Netgear FVS 338 router?

Unfortunately I dont have access to this router anymore so cant check, but when in the VPN setup look for the timers tht are set to 36000 seconds and change them.

Set it for 24 hours or so and let it connect in the middle of the night so you won't notice the reboot
