I am a remote user that has telecommuted successfully for months. All of a sudden, my performance has degraded significantly using the VPN client. My ISP has checked, and my speed when not connected to VPN is fine. My connection is via a cable modem. But, my company insists that nothing has changed on their end either.
Where can I start troubleshooting? What do I begin to look for?
