VPN and RRAS

Hello there,

We have a win 2000 sbs server and until yesterday it worked as a vpn server but now I cant connect to the server via vpn and when I goes into the Routing and Remote access configuration and press the ports no ports is listed.

If I then try to alter the numbers of ports to say 20 next time I look it sayes 0 ports. What is wrong ???

Can I some how reinstall the RRAS software/service ??

I realy need help, as I use the vpn for working from my home.

If you disable RRAS, all settings will disappear. Then if you reconfigure it, you can start from scratch. If you are just running VPN with RRAS, it should not be too difficult to set back up... Thanks,

Have you applied SVC Pak 3? I had a similar problem and never did get RRAS to start again until until we completely re built the server. Does RRAS actually start?
