vpdn on 1721

Hi guys,
I upgraded my CISCO 1721 from 12.2(4)YA2 to 12.2(15)T5. I know that this version definitely support VPDN, but still I cannot find any vpdn commands on my CISCO.
Is any one can tell me what I done wrong?

You should be able to do a vpdn-enable in global config if your IOS supports VPDN.

I found that I have software with IP feature set and I need IP PLUS ones.

I was just checking this. This is the point. The codefile name for IP PLUS is c1700-sy-mz.12.2-15.T5.
