Volume Shadow Copy Service error.

Have had this error message recently (intermittently). Using Ver 9.1 on a W2K3 file server. Backsup the rest of the data ok.
Tried Veritas site but no joy. Wanted to know if anyone has any ideas before engaging Veritas support in more verbal jousting.

Backup - \\ASH-FP01OFO: Initialization failure on: "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
OFO: Snapshot error (0x8007000e): Ran out of memory

Check you application and system log. MS has a hotfix for the issue.
Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) update package is available for Windows Server 2003
