Has anyone used VOIP phones with an Intelligent Contact Center and had the VOIP phones log in as agents from a remote location? If so, does it work?
 
Dewey, Do you know if the Reporting for Call Center also works with remote sets?
 
Yes, sir. You really need RCC for it's real time capabilities, since the agents are remote.
