Does anyone have any experience installing/configuring the VoIP Monitoring Software?
 
Sorry not hijacking but how do you get the license for it, call Avaya, and is the license free? Assuming no?

Do you have to get a license for each site?
 
I can install this and the client on the same machine??

Also, at some point or another I'm going to need to specify some sort of ip address to connect to. What would that be?
 
Yes. You can install the server and client on the same box. You use the IP address of the VMM server. It must be static.


VMM license is free with 4.0, 3.X and lower there is a charge. Call your BP for the license file.
 
phoneguy55 can you give me a steer as to where in sys cust or capacity etc the feild is that shows that you have the licence for VMM. We have a server with it on from ages ago that is not in use and I can't find the client software anywhere so before I chase getting the software I'd like to find out if we have the appropriate access to use it.

Thanks for that. Even the bp didn't tell me that. Would the change on the medpro be denied if the network region isn't adequate or would the medpro only use what it can use based on the ip network region??

Can the udp port change be made at any time or is this service affecting?

The license is not on your communication manager. It's on your web LM server. You can run web LM on the VMM server as well.
