Hello everyone,

I have the following scenario:
- SIP Line 22, incoming to IP Office, terminated to Voicemail pro Auto Attendant
- SIP Line 23, Outgoing from IP Office to another PBX (Extension range 2xxx)

1. If I dial 2xxx from the IP Office phone, the call connects to the other PBX with no problem.
2. Incoming calls to IP Office, go to Auto Attendant, I dial the IP Office extension and get connected. No problem here.
3. Incoming calls to IP Office, go to Auto Attendant, I dial the other PBX extension (2xxx) and call disconnects.

Do I need a specific setting to allow the transfer from an incoming SIP line to a different outgoing SIP line?
I am missing something else?

Thanks in advance.

Under System -> Telephony make sure "Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer" is off.

If it still fails I'd suggest looking at what's happening on the system with monitor as it'll provide some insights as to why the call is being disconnected and what is initiating the disconnect.

Hello Shaun,

You were correct, the "Inhibit Off-Switch Forward/Transfer" was checked. I unchecked it and now it works as expected.

Thanks for your assistance!
