The idea is to provide a response managemt service to the TV Viwers; Objective is for the adbertisers & other conneced interests to find out Who is wtching which TV/Channel/ serial/episode & their response to the advertisements; To project this traffic details on a web site which can provide On line as well as archieval data & to send the viwers responsemanage as a sound file attachment to the various E Mail addresses; OS planned to be used is LINUX ( Red Hat)

Looks feasible? Is it Not? But we need to have a Robust & reliable & un attended system which can recieve about 50,000 calls an hour ( Estimated Peak Demand) each call aboout 300 seconds duration
