I have an IP406 office v2 DS MUL with a VM Pro Client Intuity 3.0. I want to be able to transfer callers directly to a users vm box with out ringing the phone. How can I do that?

You could try shortcodes similar to the following
SC:666
Number "#<UserName>
Feature VoicemailCollect
You will need to create a short code for every mailbox though
Instead of creating one for every user, use this short code:
Short Code: #xxxx
Telephone Number: #N
Line Group: 0
Feature: VoiceMail Collect
In the short code, "x" represents the number of digits of your extension numbers
Greets Peter
