I have a customer that claims they are not receiving their email copy of their voicemails afterhours.
Is this possible? I do not recall a notification schedule for VM to email.
I know a schedule can be set up for normal phone call notification but not one for VM.
She says when she comes in in the morning she will have voicemail messages on her phone but not an email copy.
-Full disclosure I have not been onsite yet to verify but I want to make sure I'm not missing something simple or misremembering.
Ip Office 8.1 with VM Pro.
