voicemail to email not receiving after hours

I have a customer that claims they are not receiving their email copy of their voicemails afterhours.
Is this possible? I do not recall a notification schedule for VM to email.
I know a schedule can be set up for normal phone call notification but not one for VM.
She says when she comes in in the morning she will have voicemail messages on her phone but not an email copy.

-Full disclosure I have not been onsite yet to verify but I want to make sure I'm not missing something simple or misremembering.

Ip Office 8.1 with VM Pro.

Sounds like after hours voicemails are getting left in a huntgroup mailbox and the user doesn't know the difference.

I was thinking that too but they don't have any huntgroup mailboxes that I know of but it is something I will check out.

From a VMPro perspective, highly unlikely (unless there is a housekeeping going on for 14 hours daily).

If the customer is relying on a smartphone to alert on incoming emails, check the push-mail settings. Could be she has a time profile, receiving only in business hours.

Could also be the smtp server shutting down out of hours.

Try tracing, if you can do that remotely.
