Hi All,
First time poster, long time reader here in this forum. I did a search and couldn't find anything helpful, so I'm posting this now.
We have a remote office (RO) that's running an IP500. We have centralized VM setup on a server here at our home office (HO). This remote office is 2 hours ahead of our home office.
Whenever a user at the RO gets a voicemail, the timestamp incorrectly says Pacific Time instead of Central Time. How can I fix this?
I've tried the following:
1) Changed the offset time to 02:00
2) Enabled/Disabled the time server option. When enabled, I set the IP to the RO domain controller.
3)Checked in system monitor to ensure the system time on the IP500 at the RO is correct.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks again!
