Voicemail Reception

IP Office 403DT running Version 3.0 DT Version 578

In User/Voicemail settings adding internal extention to Voicemail Reception tab so caller can breakout from message.

When config is saved and unit rebooted (tried Merge and Immediate) the entry has disappeared when i check the config.

All of the software applications are in line with the 3.0(DT) release being used.

I have numerous other customers with this feature working fine. Even have clients with exact configuration as this one.

 
What manager version you using against that site?

ACA - IP Office Implement
ACA - IP Telephony
ACS - IP Office Implement (Aug 30th)
 
seems like a software bug. Make sure you on a supported IPO version. If you are, open a ticket with your business partner.

There are known issues with the manager belonging to 3.0.578 DT. These have been on this forum in the past. Take a recent copy of manager 3.2.59 or 4.0.10 and use these to progam the IPOffice. So don't upgrade your IPO just use the newer manager to program the older IPOffice version. It's supposed to be downwards compatible.

Reported issues with the 3.0.578 manager are:
corrupt configs on sending.
rebooting instead of merging.

That's probably why TheProvider asked the version of manager you where using.
