I have a Voicemail Pro server that was upgraded from 8.0 to 9.1. The server lost its entire config in the upgrade. The person who upgraded it didn't take a backup. I've re-created the AutoAttendant and I just wanted someone at a much higher skill level to see if they see any problems with this scenario. I will post what is going on with a pic of the flow from VMPro. Does anyone see any issues with this?

No problem but set a time out on the menu just in case a caller can't send dtmf.

Thanks intrigrant. After speaking with them, they decided to abandon the Menu and just have it ring directly to the CSR group. If they don't pick up after 3 rings, they want it to go to the All Ring group. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Thanks

set an overflow group for the CSR group which has all the people in it that you want to alert.

one other thing I ususualy do is configure all the condition checks in their own module with apropriat exit points.

this gives 2 benefits

1) The main call flow is a lot more readable
2) It can be reused in other call flows if req.
