Voicemail Pro not sending Email notifications for hunt group mailbox 2

IP Office 8.1 Voice mail pro on windows server- Hunt Group stopped sending email notify for Voice mail.
Manually sent email to email account and it worked.
Setup that email account for another voice box box and that worked.
everyone voice mail to email is working, except for this group
I was going to reboot the server- but wanted to see if anyone had Any ideas

Mailbox filling up to max size maybe.

You could activate logging and review every step of the transaction process. You could also send via an SMTP relay that you control, so you see the other side of the transaction.

Clear the mailbox of all messages. Then test again.

The big question is why did the mailbox fill up?

you will need to make sure that does not happen again

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

sending email notify for Voice mail.

Make that Forward to Email, since they obviously aren't checking and deleting that HG mailbox.
