Hi Everyone,

We have an IP Office 406 DS 5.0 (26) and Voicemail Pro 5.0 (30) in place.
Previously when we pressed the Messages button on our phones, it would take us straight into our mailbox.
Now it's asking for our extension and password.

The source numbers are configured as they always have been (V+3digit extension)
I have my mobile/cell phone number on my extension and when I ring externally it takes me straight to my voicemail as it should.
The Messages button seems to be the problem.
We are using 5402 and 5410 Avaya phones.

Does anybody know what I need to change to make the Messages button go straight into our voicemail?

Thanks in advance.

In VMPro client press F9 and set the GUI to IP Office mode

I've done that for now to get around the issue.
But our staff are used to using system in Intuity mode, the short cuts are different in the two modes.

Does it work if you dial *17?

It doesn't work if I dial *17, we get the same welcome message asking for our extension and password.

Update - The Get Mail Action was not added to the Collect Start Point.
It's all fine again now.

Thanks everyone.

Ahh there ya go. have a star.
