Voicemail Pro Fault

IP 406(2.1(15) with Voicemail Pro 2.1

Ring a DDI, User answers call, talk for a few seconds, then the voicemail answers and disconnects the user.

I have turned Voicemail off remotely for this user and the problem has gone for the moment.

Has any one else experienced this?

 
Have not heard of this one but nothing suprises me anymore

I would be recreating the users mail box, restarting the service and re-try.

Also look in the VM trace file to see why VM is picking the call up if the above dosnt help. Seems for some reason The switch has not registered the call correctly as being answered and so VM picks the call up. Also restart the VM Pro Service again if this still fails to fix.

Reinstall VM ?
Upgrade VM ? Usual answer sorry.

Another one of those strange unexplaned things IPO just does because it feels like it !!
