Am I missing something? It used to repeat after it was finished and start over I believe so that people could enter touch tones, now it just stops and accepts no input. I had the Receptionist Re-Record the greeting and it still stops and doesnt repeat, I have it set as only prompt.
Any Suggestions or ideas? maybe something I missed? 90% of our callers do usually press their keys before the annoucement is over but 10% wait and can't get anywhere.. they have to call back..
