Voicemail Pro Attendant message not repeating after upgrade to 3.2

Am I missing something? It used to repeat after it was finished and start over I believe so that people could enter touch tones, now it just stops and accepts no input. I had the Receptionist Re-Record the greeting and it still stops and doesnt repeat, I have it set as only prompt.


Any Suggestions or ideas? maybe something I missed? 90% of our callers do usually press their keys before the annoucement is over but 10% wait and can't get anywhere.. they have to call back..
 
Have you tried deleting call flow then build it back. Sometimes this will fix problems when all looks like it is programmed corectly.

Thanks, for the suggestion, I will try that tonight and see how it goes.
 
Also check to see if the Next option is going to a Home action to repeat menu or tie your Next option to the beginning of the Menu. After time out it should repeat Menu.

here is what I currently have for my start point, it seems to have worked before

but now I am wondering if I should have the timeout option connected to the start point maybe?
 
Yes, you can use the home action on the TimeOut action or just put it back to the menu.
The only problem is that if a user cannot send DTMF it will never geing answered, bad luck, this caller had a on million order for you but now he will call onother one.

For this i have created a separate module wich i posted last week or so, gives the caller two retries and goes then to the Operator.
