Voicemail not working for external calls

I am sure this is a configuration issue. Just set up CM5 s8300 and internally calls go to voicemail but external DID calls don't each even reach the voicemil trunks.

it's probably because you don't have the DIDs programmed. whatever the trunk group is that the DIDs are coming in on, you'll need to 'change inc-call-handling-trmt trunk-group XX'
XX = trunk group number. it will depend on what your CLEC/LEC is sending you for digits.
quick question. are you using 4,5 or 7 digit extentions?
