Voicemail Lite Issue 2.1(4)

I have a system on 3.1 (56) and runing voicemail lite. Every 3-4 months the voicemail lite program stops working and you either get a busy tone or disconnected message.

All i can do is reboot the phone system and then the program will work again

The Phone System has the Voicemail ip address under the system tab and there are no other reasons for this issue

Is the Voicemail Lite window still open and running on the PC when this happens?

Yes
the program is still running but the voicemail access in not possible
