Customer did an update to windows server, when you call users now, you get Welcome to IP Office, not the greeting. We moved the VM folder to a new server and rebooted THE ip Office and VM server. Problem still follows. Any ideas on what caused this or a possible fix?

Also we started rebuilding each user one at a time and erasing their account folder, restarting the service and leaving a message, it seems to fix the issue but there are 200+ users, any ideas???

Customer did an update to windows server,

Charge them for the time taken to fix the issue, this is not a fault they broke it!

if they have th old system or a backup then copy the accounts, greetings, names & was directories form the old system.

I believe it is the debain warantee that says:

if you break it you can keep all the parts
