They were working for about a month and a half; now they've stopped and I get the following messages in the Application Log event viewer:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: VMServer
Event Category: None
Event ID: 3
Date: 8/18/2005
Time: 10:18:28 AM
User: NWHS\voicemail
Computer: IT2000-SRV
Description:
Failed to start the service.
The following error occurred:
Unspecified error
Engineering Information:
Error Number: 80004005
API Called: ValidateServerLicence
Function: CMain::Run
File: F:\VMPro_Build\V4Apps3.0\IMS\INDeXUnifiedMessaging\UmsVoiceMailServer\Main.cpp
-----------------
Event Type: Error
Event Source: VMServer
Event Category: None
Event ID: 182
Date: 8/18/2005
Time: 10:18:28 AM
User: NWHS\voicemail
Computer: IT2000-SRV
Description:
You have an invalid or unrecognised Voice Mail Server licence
-------------------
The Voicemail server itself works, but no emails go out any more. The licenses for VM Pro look all right in Manager.
And now some information about the environment -- IP Office 406 with 2.1(27), VM Pro, Exchange 2003, and Outlook 2003 installed. Also of note (maybe) is that there is no drive marked F: in the Voicemail server, even though it appears to be referenced in the above text.
