Description:
You have an invalid or unrecognised Voice Mail Server licence

-------------------

The Voicemail server itself works, but no emails go out any more. The licenses for VM Pro look all right in Manager.

And now some information about the environment -- IP Office 406 with 2.1(27), VM Pro, Exchange 2003, and Outlook 2003 installed. Also of note (maybe) is that there is no drive marked F: in the Voicemail server, even though it appears to be referenced in the above text.

You are right, looks like some of your app was installed on the F: drive (Possibly a mapped network drive to the PC where the dongle is attached?) or maybe that user that the service logs in as has password changed and it hasn't been updated in the services logon page as well. I would check your firewall settings (if this is installed on an XP machine), then check the passwords on the services (see if the you can restart the services successfully)Are you running IMS? Check to make sure those services are running also if you have it installed. Are all your licenses coming up as valid in manager. Even if so I would still try to run the sentinal driver installer again. it is located in the C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\KeyServe\Drivers folder. NOTE: take off the \386 at the end of the line or it will fail everytime. You would think avaya would have killed that after umpteen releases now but they still insist on putting there. Then if all else fails,,,, Use bakes advice just reinstall from scratch. make sure you back up all your greetings and current .wavs before you do it though. Hope one of the easy fixes work for you first though.
