I am still new to the nortel phone systems, but a customer is complaining that their nortel meridian MISC system they use for their phone system is delaying some of their voicemails. In general everything is fine, but about once a week an employee will receive an email from the day before or even two or three days before. The time on the voicemail has the correct time but just seems like it is not getting the phones for several hours. Any ideas? Thanks.
