No, for a visual voicemail experience. There is a provider for Outlook to access the mailbox via IMAP so that there is a visual interface to directly access mailbox contents. This does not work to the best of my knowledge but since my knowledge is limited to my experience I figured I'd ask. Email notifications including the wav works fine but of course requires login to the mailbox from a handset to actually manage the messages.
