Hi everyone
I have a problem with Callmaster V .You know that Its recording outputs are first and second pin on RJ-45 .
But its voice level is very low ( lower than Callmaster IV ) .My customer uses Nice voice recording system . I want to know , is there any way to get high this voice level ?

Thanks

We have experienced problems with Callmaster v's.Very quiet on the recieve end.Large degree of echo on the lines. We can't transfer from callmaster 5's to callmaster 4's without getting high pitch squeal on the lines.Any Ideas we have rlease 6.3 so that should not be the problem and have tried different styles of headsets.Any ideas
