Hi, we just lost the power supply to our Startalk voice mail system and as a result no voice mail, no auto attendant, etc. Do you know if there is a way that we can forward all incoming calls to an extension or some way of allowing us to know if an outside call is incoming? We need a fix while we can get the system fixed.

Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply. When you say assign lines, do you mean phsyically re-assigning the lines on the patch panel or can that be programmed through the phone system, i.e. by using 'Feature * * 266344' or someother method?

Thanks again.

Would you mind explaining how to program this? Can you point me to an article, location in a startalk manual....anything to help?

Thanks.
