Voice Mail Options

There is probably a simple solution to this.

How can I enable an option within a user's voice mail, so the caller has the option of dialing another extension instead of leaving a voice mail?

Phone Manager Pro

or,

route the calls through VM Pro to an assisted transfer, with a busy no answer off to another menu that offers the caller to dial another extension

or use the IP-Office Manager populate the 'DTMF Breakout' numbers for the mailbox. Then let the mailbox owner provide the details.

or (assuming Intuity mode)
While initial prompt is playing Press '*8'
or '#' and details get provided.

If leaving a message, press '#' when finished, '#' to send,
then press '*8'.

*8 will then allow another number to be entered.
