btw do you have any experience with MCI integration via serial interface to NEC 8300. I am having a problem with getting information regarding forwarded from number it only shows forwarded to number as well as originated number

I do not believe you get that information from a MCI packet. As long as integration is working it is doing the job it was designed to do.
