Voice Mail Does Not Pick Up DID Calls

I have a DID number which does not go to voice mail when no answer. The phone rings when called from outside using the DID. However, it does not go to VM when busy or no answer.

When calling the same phone using its extension number, it works correctly. VM picks up when busy or no answer.

It is a Norstar ICS 4.0 with an old type of VM. All other DID's and extension numbers on the same PBX work correctly.

You have a Norstar not a PBX.
