Voice Mail Blinking Red Light? 1

My customer wants to see a bright blinking red light on his desk when he has voice mail.

The system is a CICs 4x16 and a NAM I v4.01 and he currently has a M7324 on his desk. The "You have Messages" on the display is not enough for him.

Does anyone know a product that can attach to a set?

Is there a way I can get the status of a mailbox through the NAM's serial ports? (so I can flash something on his PC)

Anything would be appreciated, I am about to get him a standalone answering machine and hook it up to an ATA! (dont really want to do that though)

Is then NAM 4.1.05? You could upgrade your software to CICS 6.1 and put in a T7316E with a KIM module. The Red light will light on the phone when they have a message.
