Voice Mail Admin locked out

Hi I have a client who bought a property and a Definity came along with it but the PW that is posted on their notes to access VM Admin is no longer valid.

Can anyone help me with this?

If it's embedded audix, try

login: cust
Password: cust01

or

login: craft
password: crftpw
