You need Unified Messaging key code for each user setup and installed as well you need to put the NAM on the network.
Check to see if NIC card in the NAM.
Allthough not so sure you can purchase the UM key code any longer....if so or no NIC card your better off to get a Call Pilot or BCM that has Call Pilot built in.
