Yes, this solution (swapping the OCC) only works, if you have a number of OCC's with wellknown passwords.
So, I would not call this a solution. It is more a work-around!
I am happy, that you got the system up&running.
Pls. also try the @DEX 1, that checks the HHD for bad clusters. It takes a while, but gives you an idea about the quality of the HDD. If the printout shows "000000" ii is OK. If you get numbers in the fields, the the HDD is going defective.
