Hi,

we plan a StandbyHotline where the caller can leave a mailboxmessage. The caller has a choise between Standbyhotline (1) and chargeble work on Off Houre. The destination Mailbox is the same. If the message is recorded, Mailbox will call you to deliver the Message. Question: is there e way, where i can hear (nice) or see (CLIP? -> workaround) over which way (1 or 2) the meassage was recorded?

Obviously it is of eminent relevance, that I this, what you celeprate, not optimally effective assume, since the integrate of you in the communicative system as code related terms with me no explosive associations in mental-empirical reproduction process of the mind.

My Preferred way to go is VM to Email, then you can tag the heading, add number and hear the msg.

But you want it differently, and I think it can be done.
I don't have my laptop right now, but I'll take a look at it tonite...or some of the other guys may already have a solution.

Kind regards

Gunnar

At the moment no email is planed, but evnt. be used in future.

Perhaps there is an option to add a WAV containing a short info about the requested option. Then you can leave all messages in one Box starting with one of the two pre recorded prompts followed by the message itself.

Nevertheless... I think the easier way would be to use two different group mailboxes to leave the messages at. One for every option.

If you are on R9.1 you can give the user a visual voice button for these two boxes so ha can always see which box has left messages.
