VMPro Queue Time stays at 1 minute

I have a customer that is using hunt group q'd and still q'd announcements within VMPro.
Within the still q'd call flow there is the Queue ETA message set. All callers receive advice of 1 minute ETA but can be queued for much longer.

Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix?

Did you just start doing this:

At least 5 answered calls within the last hour are required to calculate the ETA. If more calls are
available then the ETA is calculated from the average of the last 20 answered calls within the
previous hour.
 
Check the above and be sure if "synchronize calls" is unchecked!
