VMPro not including WAV file attachment?

We switched from VM Copy to VM Forward and not the user does not get the WAV file attachment with the VM email. He gets the email just no attachment.

I left myself a VM and it cam though fine. I changed his email to my email on his Extension and I now get his VM email, but still NO WAV file on the email so its not his Outlook Stripping it off.

Delete the user and put them back in the config.

Are you sure the users VM email setting is set to forward & not Alert?


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

I ended up having to disable VM and then re-enable it in IPO Manager on all of them.
vs the Clear Mailbox in VMPro Client.

This left the mailboxes intact, but somehow reset the link?

I did the restart, that didn't seem to help.

I tried that after I posted. I had another issue I was also troubleshooting and restarted as part of that issue. It resolved the message count issue, but not the email issue.
