VMPro/IMS - deleting messages

IP500 (V4.0.7) with VMPro (V4.0.15).
When using IMS everything seems to work OK except when the IMS email is read first and then deleted, the mailbox message is not deleted and the message light remains on.
I have checked the DCOM settings as per Mr IPO's document.
Any suggestions??

Are you using Cached Exchange Mode on your Outlook Clients?????

Yes, I am using Outlook 2003 in cached mode. I half suspected this but a colleague has no problem with IMS using cached mode.
Thanks PG, I've just checked out TT 100 and will try out the suggestions.

If I disable Cached Mode everything works perfectly. I now just need to overcome the problem of not using cached mode.
