Hello All:
I have an SCN environment with 2 sites running IPO 6.1 using VMPro in Intuity mode as centralized voicemail located at site 1. When a caller is sent to a mailbox for a user at site 2 to leave a message, they can not dial 0 to get to the operator at site 2.
The operator at site 2 is defined in the default setting -System > Voicemail > Receptionist/Breakout(DTMF 0) field
Any help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
