VMPRO - Audio cropping on IVR messages

Hello

We have a VMPRO in linux ipo server v9.0 and i uploaded wav files to IVR and sometimes audio crop on playing and sometimes no.
I tested Linux Server "load cpu / memory hd io and all is low", on the network i have cat6 network and managed switch and this issue occurs off working hours too.

The wave files is converted from avaya partner and play normaly on my pc.

Any ideas?

Convert the wav files to 8k/16 bit/mono/128kbs
I use a online converter:

https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav

Gives a good result

I checked and audio is already is in format above, strange this issue!

Maybe it is just a 9.0 bug, read the tech bulletins.
