vmail fwding to table 1 instead of mbox

I have a customer wit a mics 4.1 and a 4 port flas 2.0- and starting today when a call is transfered to a set with fwding to vmail - the caller hears bionic betty say "that person is not avail" then goes to the prime greeting of table 1 and they hear " if you know the extension........." I ve checked everywhere, including deleting and re- adding a mbox and still cannot get it to work - any ideas?????????????????????

Try feature 984 see if that goes to mailbox. If not check fwd no answer, fwd on busy to vm dn. Also check redirect ring, DRT, and prime set for line and set.

If all else fails reboot!
