vm to email was working fine then stopped Friday. We got a batch of emails Monday at 11:00-11:30, then nothing. Then 2 came in yesterday morning, and 1 late yesterday afternoon. None of the setting changed on my end. How do I set up Monitor to verify the email is leaving the system? I ran it, but am not sure what I am looking at.

The service provider also indicated that he made some changes, but I don't know what.

The service provider also indicated that he made some changes, but I don't know what. Well there you go, start by finding out what change they made on their end.

The service provider says things are back to normal. I am only getting 2 messages a day. They normally have 30-50 a day. Anything small I might be overlooking? I don't know why some would get through, but not all. The messages appear in the voicemail box that is sending the email.
How do I prove the phone system is sending out the email?

Visually you can watch a message waiting light go on and then off if they are set to forward. Obviously you can't send that to the service provider, but it is an easy way to test if the message is being sent from the system. If it is being sent then use vm debugger to watch what happens. I think R9.1 monitor also has vm to email as a trace option for embedded.

vm debugger is a new one to me, is that in the IPO software somewhere or third party?
