VM stops responding

I have a IPO 500 running 4.1(9) and VM 4.1(27) and the voice mail just stops working the incoming call will ring but will not answer. Has anyone experinced this problem, and if so what was done to fix it. One more item it seems that there is one data channel always in use.

This is a known issue and there is a private build to fix it. They are releasing a new 4.1 at the end of March so if you need it before that call and open a ticket. I have loaded and it and it seems to fix the issue.

FYI.. I have this issue.. I but, the patch did not help. I don't know if it's related to the tech tip though because my data channels are fine.
