VM Pro, sounds like Max Headroom

Hi guys... got a wierd VM Pro issue...

It plays all the system messages just fine, but any messages left sound like Max Headroom when played... the speech is stuttery and seems to repeat chunks...

It was an R8.1 install on Windows Server 2008R2... I upgraded to 9.0.4 yesterday and the problem is still there...

Think it must be an issue with recording as it plays system wavs perfectly...

Any thoughts?

go and retrieve a recorded message from the accounts folder and use a windows player. does it stutter when played in a windows player?
