406V2 running 5.0 with VM Pro......I know it's old sh&T.

1.How do I get a user to be able to log into another mailbox besides their own? In other words when the user touches the VM button it tries to open their box.
I removed the source "V8549" from the user's source number tab but still get "enter your password". I know that if the user logs into the mailbox then dials **7 they can then enter the number of the hunt group (293 for FDMS) and check the msg's. I was hoping to get the user to have to dial the mailbox number they want to log into then the password.

2.If using "Visual Voice" (same ext) I added a line in the source number tab "HFDMS" thinking it would pickup voicemail msg's left in a hunt group called FDMS.
When I touch the button the AA greeting plays for the FDMS hunt group.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks Gus

1/ The VM Button always goes to their own mailbox.
Create a shortcode like this : *99/?"Anonymous"/Voicemail Collect/0
Dialling the code asks for a mailbox number and password.

2/ It will if the user is member of that group, membership may be disabled, i.e. not ringing on group calls.
