I have a simple nested VM Pro auto attendant application that I am trying to get to replay the second tier module if the user presses * or #. The "Home" action will take the caller all the way back to the "Start" where it really starts over and goes through the first module. The "Module Return" action just seems to stop and go nowhere with no further happenings. The help information doesn't really sound like Module Return will do what I need anyway. I know it is some dumb simple thing I am missing. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,

The module return action is used to create a module like a module which checks only on the current time and according to the time it can have several module return actions like "Night", "Morning" etc.
You can drag that module into any other module so you can have a reusable module.
What you need to do here is just drag a line from the * or # back to the beginning of your menu. POC

intrigrant,

Thanks for your quick reply last night!! I had attempted to do that earlier in the afternoon, but the connecting line would not stay when I released the mouse button. When I tried it again after reading your post, it worked!! Magic..... or doing it right the second time, perhaps?
Thanks again, Win
P.S. Have a star!
