Hi!

I'm new to VM Pro (on a UC Module)...

If I forward Voicemails via SMTP to Exchange 2013 they all are MIME-Cryptical Text MEssages.
(But if I change the host adress to a IBM Domino SMTP Server they are all ok - for testing purpuse).
Before Voicemail Pro, I used integrated IP Office Voicemail and that has forwarded voicemails correctly to Exchange.

I have read many threads abt. this issue (seems also to be apearing when sending to O365), but I didn't find a proper workaround for the issue.

Any idea/help is highly apreaciated!

(btw: setting up a rule where IBM Domino Server sends those mails back to Exchange is not a great workaround! :/)

Thanks!
Jan

Hi biv343,

thanks for your reply!

No - sorry, I found that link, too, but could't open it.
I have no access to the avaya portal.

Problem Clarification

IP Office: Some Voicemail to email messages are received with corrupt attachments. Note that on messages with this issue, there is a missing ("M) in the filename.

EXAMPLE: SG00259.WAV" should be : filename="MSG00259.WAV"

Note: the ("M) is not missing in IP Office Voicemail Logs.
