VM Pro 9.0.1 AA Greeting Stops Playing 1

Inbound calls to AA randomly stop playing. It was dropping calls to a busy signal. I deleted all call flows and rebuilt them. Now when the greeting stops playing, there is just silence, and I can press and option and route to the next menu and play the greeting for that menu as normal. Debugs posted below. Thanks for any assistance.

Looks like you have a sound similar to a keypress "#" in your wav file.
Try rerecording the file or load a DTMF reader app on your smartphone and play the wav file on your PC using the app to see if a "#" is detected.
Saved my day once.

Thanks, it was definitely the "#", although it wasn't the wav file causing the problem, as it was happening intermittently, and the problem happened on multiple wav files. I did however come up with a quick fix/work around, by putting a "#" action in the menu back to the main menu. I have tested numerous times and cannot reproduce the problem. Your input pointed me in the right direction!
