VM Pro 3.2.28.4 message issue

I have 2 systems I have recently upgraded to 3.2.17 and 3.2.54 and VM Pro 3.2.15 and 3.2.28.4

The issue is after listening to new VM the user will get prompts to press 0 to listen again and there are no new messages.
Anyone else run into this?

I had this on 1 site at the older release 3.2.17 and the VM that matched. I upgrded to 3.2.28.4 and it was fixed. The Vm would keep repeating when you got to the last nessage Press *3 or 0 over and over you could only hang up.

Avaya sent me a special vm build 3.2.30, that seems to have fixed it on a couple of sites 412 and 406 v2.

So I am assuming you have had same exact issue and they sent this to you for that problem? Or was it for another issue and this just happen to fix it?

It was for the repeating message issue. And it also happened to fix a vm password issue.
