VM Light - No Message

Vm light indicates new message on Ext. 100 but there isn't any message. Sending new message to Ext. 100, then retreiving that message will clear the light for a short period of time. Recently updated the VM timestamp and system time on the Legend system.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Check for messages in the general mailbox, which may by "owned" by ext. 100.
 
Check all 3/4 general vm boxes.

Merlin Mail: 9991, 9992, 9993

Merlin Messaging: 9991, 9992, 9993, 9994

If there are no messages in there, through the display, you can do:

MENU
MSGS
DELETE

The light should go out.
