VM box without physical extension

Guys, what would be the best way to acomplish that.

I need to have a complaints box that doesn't have a physical extension attached to it.

I just need the vm indicator to light up on a physical extension.

as always, help is greatly appreciated

create a new hunt group, make sure voicemail is on and queueing is off, then add H<group name> to the source number of the users you want the message light to light up. Record the greeting for the mailbox and done

So longs as it is embedded or Pro you can create a hunt group without any users and enable VM. Then put H and the extension or name of the hunt group as a Source Number for those users who need to see the light. (e.g. HComplaints or H201 )
